Opinum is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Opinum sales team.
Opinum CSM is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will be the central point of contact for customers that have decided to opt for Opinum Data Hub. You will need to understand their needs and see how our solution could fit their requirements. You will be a real coach for individuals working for our solution.
Target clients will consist of small to mid-size companies active in the energy & environmental sector across Europe.
